Situated in Sindagi, Bijapur district of Karnataka, TSPM AYURVEDIC MEDICAL COLLEGE is one of its kind which not only believes in imparting quality education to the students but also trains them to become healers in the future. Established in 1997 the institute is managed by Taluka Shikshana Prasaraka Sahakar Mandal and offers a bachelor’s degree to students across the nation who want to study Ayurveda as their career option. Since the historic root of the Indian medicine system “Ayurveda” has lost its importance in today’s time, the college works towards keeping this treasure of our nation safe and alive.
As of now, the college is working in the various domains to build up its foundation ranging from collaborating with universities abroad, conducting seminars at the national and international level to establishing the most effective flavouring garden for research orientation and preparation of medication for distributing to the poor and needy along with exporting it worldwide which will ultimately contribute towards the GDP of our country.

The college was established with the objective of fortification of rural people and upliftment of the rural healthcare system.
